Famed Chef Opens New Restaurant

Famous Chef Masaharu Morimoto, from the tv shows Iron Chef and Iron Chef America, has opened Morimoto Maui.  Morimoto Maui is located at the new Andaz Maui at Wailea.  The menu will included some of Chef Morimoto’s signature dishes as well as some new items.  A sure delight for travelers as well as locals.  Open for lunch and dinner, the 138 seat restaurant takes reservations.  You can read the article via Hawaii New Now here.

Paul Brewbaker Economic Summary

Long time Hawaii economist Paul Brewbaker made a presentation on Friday to more then 100 people at the Realtors Association membership meeting. The “bottom” of the market has passed.
