Welcome to your oasis among the palms! This bright and airy, second-floor condo in sought-after Wailea Ekahi Village will soothe your soul. Completely renovated in 2021, you will love the open feeling as you walk in, and the soft light and gentle Hawaiian breezes from 16 windows and six ceiling fans—the AC is almost never needed. The soaring vaulted ceiling in the living room and kitchen add to the sense of light and space, and sunsets from the two lanais—one off the living room and one off the bedroom—bring an inspiring end to the day. The breeze in the palms lulls you to sleep, and birdsong greets you in the morning. The main bathroom has its own ceiling fan and features a walk-in rain shower with specialized tile that evokes gentle ocean waves, an open-air “elfa” closet that can be reconfigured to your needs, a full-sized washer and dryer, and rare attic access for extra storage. The second bathroom mirrors the first in its walk-in rain shower and serene décor. Additional ceiling fans in the kitchen and on the living room lanai, as well as in the bedroom and two in the living/dining area, keep you cool wherever you are. A few villas away is one of Wailea Ekahi’s three “quiet” pools, while the main pool and well-equipped pavilion are a few short minutes to the beach. Although the condo is weekly rentable, you may never want to leave!
