Seabury Hall 42nd Annual Craft Fair

This Saturday, May 9th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm is Seabury Hall’s 42nd Annual Craft Fair.  Held each year the day before Mother’s Day, come enjoy the day with music, food, activities for children, and crafts from over 100 local artisans.  It’s a great place to find that unique gift you’ve been looking for! The fair benefits the schools financial aid program.  Admission is $5, children 12 and under are no charge.

Mothers Day on Maui

Mothers Day is coming up this Sunday May 10th.  There are multiple options for delicious brunch buffets throughout Maui.  Most recommend making a reservation so don’t delay!  Here are just a few of the many options available for Sunday.

The Seascape Restaurant, located at the Maui Ocean Center, will be having brunch from 9:30-2:30.  Reservations can be made at 808-270-7068.  Prices range from $18.95 for children 5-12, and $38.95 for adults.  Salad station, breakfast and brunch,  entrees, and desserts will all be available.  Breakfast fare includes waffles, eggs, potatoes and bacon.  Entrees will include chicken, pork tenderloin, and mahi-mahi.  View their online menu here.

Mother’s Day Champagne Brunch at the Sheraton Maui Resort & Spa from 8:30 am to 2:00 pm.  Enjoy live music and an elaborate menu.  Salmon, chicken, ribs, french toast, crepes, are just a small sampling of the menu items.  You can view more information for the Sheraton Brunch here.  Don’t forget to call for reservations!

Kahill Restaurant at Kahill Golf Course has both a breakfast brunch and dinner buffet.  Breakfast brunch starts at 8:30 am.  Dinner will begin at 4:30.  Breakfast rates are $34.95 per person, dinner rates are $36.95 per person.  Reduced rates for children apply.  View their menu offerings here.

The Montage at Kapalua Bay at Hana Hou is offering lunch special from 11 am to 5 pm today.  Nachos, chicken quesadillas, sangria, and local brews will be served. Mention this flyer for 10% off!

After lunch, head over to Sangrita Grill and Cantina in Ka’anapali.  Their Cinco de Mayo celebration is also a benefit for the Lahainaluna High School Agricultural Program.  The celebration runs from 3:00 pm to 10:00 pm today.  Flamenco music, extended happy hour, and specialty menu items will be available.

Shops At Wailea Parking Update

The South entrance is scheduled to reopen today Wednesday, April 8th after closing on April 2nd.  The North entrance will be exit only.  This is the roadway that leads to the Marriot.

The pre-paid parking system that has been proposed would be totally automated. Proposed parking fees are currently at:

  • Employees will pay $1.50 per exit
  • Tenants will pay $.50 per validation card
  • Minimum purchase amounts may vary per tenant.  Tenants do no have to participate.
  • Shoppers will be given a 30 minute grace period
  • Fee is $3 per half hour or $42 per day
  • The validation kiosks will be placed by the accesses from the Shops to the parking lot

We will keep you up to date on the parking at the Shops as it becomes available to us.
