Seabury Hall Craft Faire And Other Weekend Events!

Friday night kicks off the weekend with Lahaina’s Town Party from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.  The evening will get started with Maui Jam from 5:00 pm to 6:45 pm. Winners from the 4th annual Short Story Writing Contest will be announced at 6:50 pm. The Maui Fridays website has information for this event.

The 44th Annual Seabury Hall Craft Faire will be taking place this Saturday May 14th from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.  All proceeds from the faire benefit the Financial Aid program. More then 100 local artists will be featured.  Also on hand, activities for kids, silent auction, food, and live entertainment.  Admission is $5.00 children 12 and under are free. There are lots of brunch options available to help celebrate Mother’s Day on Sunday.  One choice is the Champagne Brunch offered at the Kaanapali Beach Hotel.  This Maui favorite will take place from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm in the Tiki Terrace restaurant.  Enjoy traditional brunch items as well as seafood, specialty Hawaiian fare, fruits, dessert, and champagne.  Children 5 and under eat free with paying adult.  More information including reservations available here.

Happening This Weekend….

This Friday June 24th is Art Night in Lahaina Town.  Special gallery shows, artists in action, and refreshments all free of charge.  The Lahaina Visitors Center has a map of participating galleries.  This is a recurring event that takes place each week on Friday!  Come enjoy from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm.

The Reggae Summit Hawaii tour will be taking place at The Maui Tropical Plantation on Saturday June 25th.  Doors open at 4:00 pm. Keep the music vibe going on Sunday at the 25th annual Ki Hoalu Guitar Festival.  Gates will open at 12:30 pm at the Maui Arts & Cultural Center.  Be prepared to hear some of the best slap key guitar players in all of Hawaii!  This is a family friendly event.  Bring your own chairs and blanket and enjoy the afternoon on the lawn!  For information on the confirmed line up, as well as the menu of available food items for purchase, visit the Maui Arts website here.
