Maui Whale Watching

Peak Whale watching season is upon us! Whale season officially runs from the month of November to May. February is considered the peak time to see these beautiful creatures! The North Pacific Humpback Whales travel from Alaska over 3000 miles to the warm waters of Hawaii every year. Up to 10,000 whales visit the Hawaiian Islands each year.  Now is the time to take advantage of the Maui shoreline. Along Highway 30 is one of the best coastlines to explore and be on the lookout for whales! Good luck!

Super Blue Blood Moon

A Super Blue Blood Moon is the extremely rare occurrence that happens when three events occur at the same time.

A Full Moon happens once a month. A Blue Moon is when a Full Moon will happen twice in the same month. A Super Moon is when the moon is closest to the Earth. Having all three events at the same time is a Super Blue Blood Moon. Not since 1866 has North America experienced a Super Blue Blood Moon.

We were fortunate to have been able to witness this event and capture a few photos for others to enjoy! Mahalo for your continued support!
