Lahaina Loft 4th Of July Celebration

Lahaina Loft, 736 Front Street, is offering two ticket options for those looking to celebrate the 4th in Lahaina. Lahaina Loft will be hosting a party in celebration from 4:30 pm to 10:00 pm.

General Admission party tickets will run $25.00. This grants you access to the event which will be air-conditioned, live music and dancing, refreshments, and a photo booth. A VIP pass will cost $50.00 and gives you all of the above and lanai access during the fireworks show.

Ticket goers are welcome to leave and re-enter the event. Enjoy all the festivities that will be happening in Lahaina for the 4th! Children 2 and under are free with an adult. Happy 4th!

Youth Sports Expo

Happening June 30th at the War Memorial Sports Complex will be the Pacific Youth Sports and Fitness Expo. This free event will start at 9:00 am and run until 5:00 pm.

This is a great way for families to get more information about sports organizations. Some teams will also be looking for volunteer coaches as well as sign ups for players.

On hand during the event will be food trucks, entertainment, an obstacle course, sports clinics and various demonstrations. Booth reservations available as well!

Journalism Awards For Kamehameha Maui!

Congratulations to the students involved with the Ka Leo o Na Koa site from Kamehameha Schools Maui for winning multiple awards at the Hawaii High School Journalism awards! The awards were held on Oahu at the Pagoda Hotel.

The school received awards in the private schools division. The received first place in editorial writing, action photo, and single issue. Statewide awards include both private and public schools. Kamehameha Maui won first place in state for editorial writing. They received second place in state awards for action photo and single issue. These are just a few of the honors received.

This is a huge accomplishment not only for the school, but for all the students involved. Congratulations again on your success!
