Kapalua Wine and Food Festival

The 33rd annual Kapalua Wine and Food Festival is happening now!  Enjoy not only fine wine but fine foods as well.  Since the first event in 1981, the festival has grown to incorporate fine dining experiences as well as cooking demonstrations, a golf tournament, tennis clinics and much more.  This year the Kapalua Wine and Food Festival grand finale on Sunday will showcase 15 of Maui’s top chefs for the Seafood Festival.

Wailea Makena Tour of Homes

This Saturday June 14th join the Hansen Ohana at the Wailea Makena Tour of Homes.  The event benefits Montessori Hale O Keiki Tuition Assistance Program.  The Hansen Ohana will be showcasing the following properties for sale:

Hours are 10 am to 4 pm. Admission is free!  Check-in and registration at the Wailea Town Center 161 Wailea Ike Place.  Be sure to stop by the new Hansen Ohana office unit A106 at Wailea Town Center for a chance to win hundreds of dollars in great prizes!

Maui Film Festival

The 15th annual Maui Film Festival kicks off this Wednesday June 4th and runs until Sunday June 8th.  The festival will host award ceremonies on certain days as well as screenings of films, and delicious culinary events at various locations. Film festival line up information is available here.

Opening night Twilight Reception will be held at Capishe? Restaurant in Wailea with award-winning Guitarist Benny Uyetake performing.  A tasty assortment of foods as well as desserts will be available at various food stations.  More information available regarding opening night here.

Happening Now Restaurant Week Wailea

This years Restaurant Week Wailea will feature 23 restaurants. This is the highest number of participating restaurants ever.  Specials from the various restaurants range from $29 to $49 and can include up to 4 course meals.  Restaurant week is happening now and running through Saturday May 31.  Each restaurant will contribute $1 to the Maui Food Bank.  Thousands of dollars have been raised over the years from this event.

Banyan Tree Fine Art Fair

Banyan Tree Fine Art Fair is this Sunday and Monday at Banyan Tree Park in Lahaina.  Come meet talented local artists and enjoy live music this weekend!  Founded in 1967, Lahaina Arts Society supports, showcased and mentors local artists.
