Reminder! Our Annual Toy Drive!

Dear Friends, Family, and Colleagues:

Reminder! The Hansen Ohana is having their annual Toy Drive! It’s not too late to donate!

Toys and monetary donations help serve the Friends of The Children’s Justice Center. Donations go directly to children in need. With your kind donations, Friends of the Children’s Justice Center provide over 1,600 holiday gifts each season to children, many under foster care, children of Women Helping Women, etc.  For many children, this will be the only gift they receive for the holidays. Your donations will make a difference.

Donations can be made at our office during normal business hours at The Town Center Suite, 161 Wailea Ike Place, Suite A-106 in Wailea next to Matteo’s Osteria Restaurant or call and we will be more than happy to pick it up.

Median Home Prices Climb

October median prices came within $6000 of the record previously set in May 2005 of $780,000. Coming in at $774,223 this is a 15.8 percent increase over the same time last year. October marked the fifth straight month with the median home prices being over $700,000. Total dollar amount in sales is up 4.6 percent compared to the same January to October 10 month span.

Although the median condo price was down in October to $499,000, for the 12 month period of October 2017 to October 2018 condo prices were up 10.2 percent. Inventory of condos for sale was also down 20.3 percent. The total sales amount for condominiums however was up 25.5 percent for January to October 2018 timeframe.

Lahaina Town Party

Lahaina Town Party is this Friday November 9th from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. The theme this Friday is Celebrating The Chinese Heritage Festival.

Lots of Chinese Heritage Festival activities will take place at the Wo Hing Museum, along with tasty treats from Chinatown. Concerts in Campbell Park will include Maui Music Mission and A Slack Key band. Happy hour specials from some of your favorite restaurants all along Front St.

Plenty of vendors, ono food, crafts for Keiki and much more! Free family event!
