Ka’anapali Beach Hotel Renewal Project

This spring the Ka’anapali Beach Hotel will be undergoing a major renewal! Estimated budget for this project is $65 million. Some of the proposed improvements include a new restaurant, additional parking, and redesigning of the rooms in the Kauai wing.

The project is expected to be completed hopefully by Christmas time. No additional guest rooms will be added to the current hotel. Plans also call for a makeover on the current courtyard.

Huihui, the new beachfront restaurant, will be closer to the shoreline then the current Tiki Terrace restaurant. Both the Tiki Terrace restaurant and the Tiki Bar and Grill will remain open util completion of Huihui after which they will close.

Guest feedback of the project has been positive. Many guests whom return year after year have asked for upgrades to be made to the hotel.
