This Friday October 23 is Haliimaile Farmers Market at Haliimaile Town Center from 1:00 pm to 6:00 pm. This is a free event. Locally produced fresh fruits and vegetables will be available to purchase along with local crafts from Maui artists. Spaces are available to rent for non-profit agencies.
On Saturday October 24 the Maui Arts and Cultural Center presents Nani I Ka Hala: Lau Hala Weaving In Hawaii. This historical works exhibit the beauty behind the art of weaving. Some contemporary works will be on display from artisans throughout the Hawaiian Islands. These artists are considered masters in their craft. Sunday October 25 the Hawaiian Music Concert benefiting Hawaiian Immersion 2nd grade program, Ka Leo Nahenahe will be holding a fundraiser. Hawaiian musical entertainers will singing while attendees enjoy drinks and appetizers. A silent auction will also be held. Cost is $25.00 per person and is a 21 and over event. Event to be held at Bailey House Museum from 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm. More information available on their website here.
