Maui Marathon

To encourage wellness and support local businesses, the 55th Annual Maui Marathon will return to West Maui on April 27. Booths cost $200, while NGOs and small businesses in Maui affected by the 2023 fires can get complimentary spots.

What To Do Today In Wailea

On Tuesday, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., the Four Seasons Resort Maui in Wailea and Maui United Way will collaborate to provide a free Earth Day Expo. The public event will include lectures from more than a dozen local organizations that are committed to preserving Maui’s environment, keiki activities, seed distributions, a raffle, and games with an eco-themed theme. The resort’s continuous sustainability efforts, which encourage community service and encourage responsible travel, include this engaging celebration.

Aurum Maui Coming Soon

Under the direction of Maui natives Chef Taylor Ponte and General Manager Natasha Ponte, Colorado’s Destination Hospitality Group’s first Hawaii project, Aurum Maui, is scheduled to debut at The Shops at Wailea in June. The restaurant, which is renowned for its “gold standard” in fine dining, will serve food based on sustainable goods, nearby farms, and Chef Ponte’s close connections to the neighborhood. This is the first time Aurum has expanded outside of Colorado’s ski communities, bringing its distinctive style and coziness to the islands. Aurum Maui strives to be a true representation of aloha with its emphasis on locally sourced goods, community involvement, and genuine hospitality.
