The Mill House restaurant is located at the Maui Tropical Plantation in Waikapu. The Mill House is open daily for lunch and dinner. Diners will be sure to enjoy the high quality ingredients harvested from the grounds of the plantation.
Executive Chef Jeff Scheer graduated from the Maui Culinary Academy in 2008. Prior to that he study and did apprentice in both California and Oahu. Growing all his ingredients on the plantation has enabled him to provide a truly unique dining experience that has earned him glowing reviews.
