Come celebrate the migration of the Pacific Humpback whales this weekend.  The event is being held this Saturday and Sunday at Banyan Tree Park from 9 am to 5  pm.  A great event for the entire family.  There will be live music, crafts, and local artists.  Don’t forget to bring your non-perishable food donations for the Maui Food Bank.  You can view more about this event as well as other local events via MauiNews.

Whales Return Off Maui Coast

The season is upon us.  The whales are returning to the coast on Maui.  The season for whale sightings runs from November through May.  The possibility of whale sightings is a huge draw for tourists to our beautiful island.  Approximately 2 miles off of Lahaina, known as one of the best areas to spot the whales, was where the spotting occurred.  You can read the article provided by the Maui News here: http://www.mauinews.com/page/content.detail/id/566031.html
