Votes can be cast hourly, every day. Results in June’s Coastal Magazine. The towns will be ranked from No.1 to 10, and each will be featured as part of the magazine’s cover story, “America’s Happiest Seaside Towns.”
Maui December stats are in! Condo sales increased to a 33 month high of 138 units sold. Maui is one of the few markets experiencing multiple offers on properties due to an inventory reduction of 20% and properties being priced more competitively.
