Developed through a collaboration involving Highridge Costa, Hale Mahaolu and Hope Chapel, the three-story community will offer 101 one-bedroom apartments and 16 two-bedroom apartments, along with private lānai, laundry facilities, a multipurpose area and on-site parking. The development expands housing options for Maui’s kūpuna, helping older residents remain connected to their community.
