At the recently refurbished Grand Wailea, A Waldorf Astoria Resort, Nobu has formally launched its first Maui restaurant, offering top-notch Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine in a breathtaking beachside setting. The 13,000-square-foot restaurant, which was designed by the renowned Rockwell Group, has both indoor and outdoor eating options, a sushi bar, and special menu items made with ingredients that are found in Hawaii. Under lofty ceilings and décor inspired by the ocean, guests may savor classic dishes including yellowtail jalapeño and black cod with miso. Every night from 5 to 10 p.m., Nobu Grand Wailea Maui, under the direction of Executive Chef Kyle Marston, offers a memorable dining experience.
