Beginning this Friday June 15th and running through Sunday June 17th Maui’s top chefs will be hosting Le Creuset Maui Chef Weekend with a cooking demonstration at the Outlets Of Maui. All cooking demonstrations will be held on the main stage.

The cooking schedule for the weekend is as follows:

Friday June 15th 3:00 pm to 4:00 pm Lyndon Honda from Sheraton Maui Resort., 4:00 pm to 5:00 pm Seville Jackson of Ruth’s Chris. On Saturday from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Thomas Hagist of Hyatt Regency, and 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Daisiel Escobar from Pi Artisan Pizzeria. The weekend will conclude on Sunday starting with at 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm Alvin Savella from The Ritz Carlton, 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm Sherif Elhadidi of Waikiki Brewing Co., and last but not least from 2:00 pm to 3:00 pm James “Kimo” Simpliciano from Simpli-Fresh.
