Starting May 11th, Governor Ige announced that those individuals wishing to travel interisland may do so if they are fully vaccinated and by pass pre-travel testing. Those vaccinated may do so on the 15th day after their final vaccination dose. Hawaii will accept only the CDC Covid-19 vaccination record or a print out from the Vaccination Administration Management System. No state issued cards will be accepted.

Any traveler over the age of 5, but not eligible for a vaccine, will have to participate in the pre-travel testing.
