Good news! Besides being able to see which condos can be vacation rented in the search results, we have also updated our Advanced Search Form so that you can now perform a search to include only the vacation rentable condos. Previously it was impossible to distinguish which condominiums could be rented short term, and which could not.
In the property detail, we also now show if the unit is a whole or fractional ownership. Hopefully, this will clear up confusion when it appears that a multi-million dollar unit seems so inexpensive.

I really like the fact that you show which is vacation and which is not. The advanced search is fantastic. Can you add days on the market. That way we know who might be willing to deal on the price.

Thanks for the compliments. We actually had the Days on Market there for a short time, but the the Realtors Assocation of Maui told us that “its against the rules” as they are now. I don’t really understand why, but it is what it is. Feel free to contact the Realtors Assocation of Maui and request that it be allowed 🙂
