Not surprisingly, the December 2011 and January 2012 sales statistics in Maui reflected a push to close transactions by the end of the year.
Total sales on Maui for the past 12 months:
Residential: 892
Condos: 1,158
Land: 130
To quote the Realtor’s Association of Maui, “Strong buyer-showing activity is now evidenced in actual reported sales, with multiple offers competing for well priced properties. Inventories have declined 15-20% in the past 12 months in the Residential and Condo classes.”
