The February 2012 Sales Statistics from the Realtors Association of Maui tell a big story. Of particular note is that the absorption rate for homes has dropped to 9.8 months. Inventory levels have dropped 14-22% from a year ago, depending on the market sector and there are currently 567 properties in escrow/pending sale.
